Everyone has them, everyone knows them. The stupid people that walk this earth and you're just thinking "WHYYYY do people DO that?!" So....what law would you make to help stop the spread of stupidity?

I think I would pass a law that said each parent had to actually spend time with their children and teach them morals, values, and manners. Maybe then, people would not look so stupid in public.

To make it stop, what do you think about an IQ test with castration or vasectomy as a result for failure?
I suppose some would not like it, and claim castration w/out representation.
