I am thankful for everything in my life; friends, family, job, blessings. And for christmas, all I ask is for one minute, at the least, of peace on Earth and goodwill toward men, and health and happiness for everyone at least once the following year.

i agree with you... where has the year gone...i look at the calendar and watch the days and months go by...but i like you am just thankful to be alive and to be making it...i have a roof over my head and clothes to wear...i try not to think of all the sadness in my life cause there is some worse off somewhere...i try to help anyway i can and not for someone to help me back because i never ask...i guess the best present i could get would be another computer since i stay home alone a lot...i have lost my dad and my mom is not expected to make it long...and my kids do not feel like i did about my parents...so i just hope i am not alone on christmas...and i am getting older in december too....i would just love to be with family or friends and not be alone i guess would be nice...living on dreams

Yea, Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming up this year.
There are so much things that I am thankful for this year... that I have a great family, friends, life... and that I have had the chance to experience some great things in life.
What do I want... well, I don't know if this counts, but I want everyone that I've known (and didn't know) who have passed away to find peace and happiness wherever they are.
I know it sounds unusual, but I really do want this. I think about all the people who have died in the war, and who have been close to me and have died, and I just want them to find peace and happiness. And I have lost someone who I cared about a lot to me, and I never realised how important someone is to you until they're gone :(
But also, for me, I just want to have a good life, and be able to help people when I get older. And maybe to make a difference somehow know (if that's possible). ^_^

I think the older I get the faster time flies. I'm Thankful this year that I'm feeling better. I went through a rough patch but luckily the doctor finally put me on some medicine that did the trick to make me feel better. I've only got a couple of things on my Christmas list this year. I want Seasons 1 & 2 of Grey's Anatomy on DVD. I want a Baby Alive Doll. It's the one toy I always wanted as a child that I never got and now they have come back out.

Yeah, the year flew pretty fast didn't it, seems like summer started just yesterday, now it's almost winter.
I'm thankful for a lot of things this year: another chance at a healthy life, good friends who take care of me, and a really awesome boyfriend.
I love to get clothes on Christmas, because my friends and family all know what I love and look good in. And if it don't fit, I can return it.

Yes, another year has gone by very quickly! I am thankful this year for the love of my family, financial stability and good health. I am thankful for my wonderful cats and for having a good job. For Christmas, I want to move to another state. I want my house to sell. I want my sister to be able to get pregnant, and I want my brother to find a good job. Oh, yeah, I want some more Fiestaware place settings, too (had to put down some material wish)!

man, I'm thankful for everything I've got. Health, wealth... I'm just so grateful, what can I say?
And as for christmas, I just want to be with my family and friends most. And it turns out I'm going to visit them for the holidays, so that's covered.

No kidding, this year just flew by.
I am thankful for my wife, a good job, and a roof over my head.
For Christmas, all I want is a hug and a kiss from my wife.
