How does a mother gives birth to a baby who is having '3' legs or '3' hands and sometimes '2' legs and '1' hand or viz versa (who is having extra exterior parts like hands, legs and finguers) and different from common people. How it is possible?

that is a wierd question, what do mean how? just like everyone else vaginally or by c-section.

It's a flaw in the human DNA, anyone for any reason can be born with to many or no body parts.
Lips, ears and nose are a little more common then an entire extra leg or arm- that very rare.

There are two ways.
1. To have a set of twins that never separated or developed(Siamese twins for example.)

2. A genetic mutation, this is more common than you may realize. There are plenty of people born with extra toes or fingers. It is harmless.
