There are no downsides to masturbation unless you do it so often or so roughly you make you penis sore. As long as you enjoy your pleasure and maintain an active social life, participate in sports and hobbies and keep up with your many other interests, masturbation is actually healthy and safe.
So, do it as often as you like; but don't let it rule your life.

Yes! This is true. You will also grow hair on your palms. Keep doing it long enough and you will end up looking like a blind gorilla.
Seriously, though, the story is a little different. Some studies suggest that frequent masturbation (at least 5 times per week) stimulates the prostate and results in a lower incidence of prostate cancer later in life.

If you masturbate you will go blind, grow hair on your palms and go crazy. Yea, right. As if. If any of those were actually true, well over 70% of the guys on the planet would be blind, hairy palmed lunatics. Fact is though that even though that many may be a bit nuts, hardly any are blind of hairy on the palms. Your eyes had no problem or relating to it but your hands do. If you masturbate with your right hand then it will look different than your left hand. The fingers of your right hand has a tendency make a circle.

Still the myths exist today in 21st. century as to evils of masturbation. Not go blind in my case did until need glasses.

well I wear glasses and have hairy palms, so what does that tell you? Unless you want my fate then perhaps it is not such a good idea to use what's in your pants like a worry stone.
