Husband and wife videod sex together in home, in private over a three year period, in different homes, and countries.. The wife liked to play roles, and have a little rough sex, like having her hair pulled, light slap etc. All sex was consentual, and she continued to do this for years. Tapes clearly show she enjoyed it, and never said stop. Can she use these tapes in a divorce against her husband?

I really don't know but it sounds like the divorce is going to be a nasty bitter one.
Just remember to not drag any children into the middle of it.

The taping of consenting adults engaged in sexual acts with each other is legal as long as all parties in the video consent to the recording. It is illegal to tape someone and they are unaware of the fact that they are being taped. Furthermore, some states have certain sexual acts that are considered illegal such as sodomy. If those tapes got in the wrong hands, there is a likely hood of legal problems. Review the laws of your state and make sure that you research the laws from years ago. There are times that these laws are still on the books and legally binding.

Not if the tapes SHOWS that she enjoyed it. Now remember this though: law is a very funny thing. It is fully dependent on the lawyer and how these things are interpreted. I do not know the content so you will just have to hope that your lawyer is good enough to put you in a good light so that you do not have a case of spousal abuse on your hand.

Well, Its a nice question. Accordong to the statment you have publisehd, wife cannot produce the tapes against the divorce. Her intention is to have some kind of a hard sex with his husband.
As she likes to play diffrent roles while they on sex, the tapes will not prove that she was raped or something like similar to that which means that they had both of thier consent to have sex.
Considering the below mentioned fact (as you have mentioned above in your question)
1.Wife like to play diffrent roles
2.They are Hard players
3.Wife is 100pct satisfied
Wife cannot take this situation infavour of her divorce

I'd be too embarrassed to. If the tapes clearly show she enjoyed it, then they'd have no purpose in a divorce court.

I think if it is produced as evidence, husband has to prove his point and that may be difficult !! But just taking videos if not given or shown to a third party is not illegal, i think.
