Seriously, visit your local Children's Hospital where there is a cancer ward filled with tiny 6-year old bald cancer patients dismally facing Death right in the face, and believe me, you'll SUDDENLY realize that you, a perfectly healthy and blessed human being, have LITERALLY EVERYTHING in the whole world to live for with utterly great zest and vitality.

Get help immediately. Find honourable people to counsel and advise you - a minister, a good-hearted guidance counsellor, a good wise friend, a nurturing parent or adviser. Call the crisis hotline.
Go outside & smell the air, marvel at the intricacies of a flower, study a leaf - turn it over & see the veins which carry food to the leaf. Check your fingerprints - each of your ten fingers has unique prints. Your eyes are unique, there is noone in the world exactly like you. There is hope in that - that anyone so wonderful that there is noone else exactly like him/her is a creature of wonder and has been gifted with the capacity to dream, live, create, help others & absolutely help themselves.
You are reaching out for help by writing this question. That is hopeful in itself.
Keep on keeping on - things will improve. G-d bless.

Its a different answer depending on what age you are.
Mostly, try to generate some hope, any way you can, whether it works out or not, just being able to hope is therapeutic.
Then stop thinking about what you can't do and why.
Instead think about what you have:
health
friends
someone who loves you
years left to live
money
abilities
music
anything good you can think of
then see what you can do with those to make a better life.
Sometimes it might be take a walk and get some acorns for lunch. Other times, what sort of cottage to build, or where to go on vacation.
Oh yeah, stay in bed if you need to.

Since you said answer exactly...
You probably have set expectations and goals for yourself which are impossible to reach and unachievable... am I right? Because only then can one really claim that there is no hope and future.
There are a few things you can try to do...
1. Turn to God. Be good. Help others...
2. Work on self esteem! Self worth! Identify your strongest attributes and skillz
3. Identify what you CAN do versus what you WANT to do versus what you THINK you should do.
4. You might not care much about yourself but you can choose to dedicate your life to help others. A lifetime is not enough to help people in need!!! You can start by helping, it is then when you will find your future and hope.
5. Talk to somebody about it!
Best of luck!

Take stock of your life and make a list of all the positives you have going on in your life and the negatives. From there you can get an idea of what you can change and the things that you cannot change...reminds me of the serenity prayer
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
As long as there is life there is always hope. Never give up because it can always get better.
Another thing you can do to help put things in perspective is volunteer. When you make a positive difference in the lives of others, not only are you helping them you are helping yourself to see that you can make a difference in the world therefore giving you and others hope.

Change your focus. No matter how you feel at the current moment, Choose to change what you are looking at with your Focus.
Focus on Only positive things. Even a Prisioner in a maximum security Jail house, can look at the stone wall in front of them and think, "they sure built this wall strong, I admire the strength of this building. One day I will learn how to build a house just as strong."
There are always opportunities to lose Hope. But so too , are the many opportunities to see Hope.
Shift what you look at in life. Look at the birds, how beautifull they glide on the wind. Look at the colour of the sky. Find funny shapes in the clouds. Walk through a park, and feel the peace within the song of the trees , dancin in the wind.
Most say "well, that is all fine and well, but how can i do that if there is so much bad happening right now?"
By making a choice. We can Not change other people from harming themselves nor others, But we can change How we Live our Own lives.
Focus on Only positive things. Do things you Enjoy. Walk away from people that make you feel down or sad or negative in any way, Even if they are "family".
True family, surrounds you with Love, and Love is Peace. Peace is Silence. Observing every beauty around. And Only the Beauty.
This is how I live my life. I am not rich, I have not even a dime to my name , but I am alive. And I have the freedom to choose what to look at in each moment. I choose to look at things that make me Happy.
And if one cant think of what makes them happy, then one just has to look at things that are Being happy.
Be at silence , total. And observe natures beauty , and you will find peace.

Think about the reason why you feel hopeless about the future.
It doesnt pay to be pessimistic.
What do you exactly want to happen in the future? Are you afraid of something? Find that out.
Conquer that insecurity now by doing the best you can today to influence your future.
There is Hope unless you think so.

The guess may be perfectly correct.... as far as material possessions, relationships etc are concerned.
There is something else about life that has no relevance to any future, and it is relevant only during the present moment. The sense of perception, awareness beyond sense organs. And if a person can attain this, he never needs any future at all !

When you feel there is no hope for your future, you need to just realize there is only one thing you have complete and total control over in life.... and that's your attitude.. Think about how positive and negative attitudes effect our lives in society today. Try showing kindness to people. Helping the less fortunate for example. Then see what positive effects it will have on your attitude towards the future.

Why should you ever leave the hope of living.
I don't no where you hail from.but just look at those beggars who live still when thay don't have anything to dream or hope for. Look the stray dog which still continues to search for in the debris even after being harmed bt the people. even this creature struggles till it can.
then why shouldn't you? Struggle for life. if you don't see ur dreams coming true choose the other path( not the wrong/illegal one). But show ur fate that u can live whatever circumstances it gives to you.

There is always a future!
But just how you decide to live it depends entirely up to you! No one else!
If you do not like the way life is going for you - change it!
I am seventy five years old and I have had these same feelings many, many times over the years when I attended college, got married, raised a family, practiced law, etc. -
And when I do - I always say the 23rd Psalm which I have committed to memory to myself and feel greatly relieved and refreshed.
You know which one I am talking about!
It goes - "The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want" - - - - -
Allow me to suggest that you memorize this beautiful, inspiring message. It will fill your heart with joy - always and forever!
Good Luck!
