If everyone were the same, wore the same things, did the same things and all had the same beliefs life would be rather predictable and boring. Yes. You are correct in that.

depends on what u mean by differently. people might react by shutting someone out if they feel threatened by his behaviour, if they find no common ground to communicate with him, if they feel insulted by him and for many other reasons. there are so many different people that everyone finds some that match with him, but noone matches and is appreciated by everyone. we are all weird in a way, and there is no such thing as absolutely normal. if someone has trouble getting along with anyone at all then he is propably for some reason doing something to repulse or allienate people, even if he doesnt do it conciously.
