just be confident,determined and polite.The way you speak shud show u are decent ,kind and very humble person.U shud treat others with love and care and also keep a smiling face always.Sense of humor shud also be good with others and also u shud not cross ur limits,like u shud not share such jokes which cud hurt others feelings.Always try to be happy with others and make them too.

You have to be friendly even when u dont fell to, Honesty, and listen to what people have to say and consider their opinion on things
