How's this? One night when he falls asleep on the couch, put a couple of roses in a vase on the coffee table with a note that reads, " Dear Husband, Either wake up and smell the roses, or you're going to eventually lose your "very" lonely wife."
Sincerely, Your lonely Wife
And unless he's totally clueless, I'd be willing to bet he'll smell the roses! Good luck.

To be brutally honest you need to find out WHY he is sleeping on the sofa. Is he feeling guilty about something, does he suspect you of having an affair and is scared to ask, is he stressed at work and feels inadequate, is he depressed???
Communication is the problem here - not him sleeping on the sofa. I suggest you try to talk - or maybe join him on the sofa?
Good luck in whatever you do!

In that case, set an alarm to go off halfway through the night so that you can take your puppy out. At 9 1/2 weeks, he should be taken out at least once in the middle of the night, about 4 hours after he was put in the crate for the night. We just started letting our 5 month old lab go 8 hours at night in his crate, so until your pup is older, I recommend giving him a potty break in the middle of the night. Good luck!

There is no reason for a husband to sleep on the sofa. He's not that angry. He is probally sleeping with someone else or he has physical problems. Isolate the problem then you will know the solution.

Maybe you should ask this question to him. There may be simple reasons: Do you snore in bed or does he like colder rooms and say you like it hot? So he prefers downstairs? Or is he seeing somebody else and he tends to keep away since he is too tired of performing already? Or is there something wrong about your sexual life? Did you in any way make him feel like he wasn't satisfying you enough so he chooses to refrain from another failure in his mind maybe? Only HE has the answer. I would open my heart and thoughts to him if I were you...

What's a setty? I'm guessing it's a couch. If your husband is sleeping on the couch, how could he not have given you an explanation? It doesn't make sense, you have to talk to him about it.

I would suggest you both sit down and REALLY communicate.
What is the problem?
Why do you both not share the same bed?
(Has it been that way between a husband & wife in HIS family in the past?)---Whether it was that way between his parents?Or,his Aunt & Uncle?
You have got to talk it over with him.
(He may not realize that it's bothering you at all,-unless you express your feelings and thoughts).

Have a heart to heart with him. Something is bugging him but men hold it all in.
Don't nag him that's the worse thing you can do because he will be stubborn and clam up.

You need to bluntly ask him why he's not sleeping with you. Is it cos you snore? He thinks yr having an affair? Or maybe he's having an affair and can't face you?
