While I'm sure the kind folks at Warner Bros. appreciate your interest, if they are getting 300 emails from the same guy, they're smart enough to figure out that that's ONE guy interested in seeing a Dynomutt movie.
Whether you think Scooby Doo is stupid or not, it's been a big money-maker for them for three decades. You have to explain who Dynomutt is, but everyone knows Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and the rest of the gang (and the Mystery Machine, of course) by name and sight.
There's a website somewhere where you can put up petitions and encourage people to sign them. I would suggest you try doing that, and see if there are even enough people interested in Dynomutt to justify Warner Bros. putting forth the cash and effort to make a movie.

It's the same with most large scale operations. If you don't have an agent or some big shot in the company or whatever, they're not even going to try to look at what you have to say. This is because they are so flooded with ideas everyday that they need to limit what is read and what isn't. There's not much you can do to stop it. You either need to find someone important to that operation to sponsor you idea or give up.

Ideas are like seeds. You plant them & some times they grow in to some thng.
Lets just say that you planted a seed with your idea.
But the thing is a place like WB gets & generates lots of seeds.
Some many that it is hard to sort them out.
Some you have to plant the seeds & give them a head start.
(Flesh out the idea with a plan - More details etc.)
But the key to makeing a movie is the rights to do it.

You have to remember that they are very busy people, and they'd get thousands of emails like that every day of people trying to post their ideas for movies to them.
What was once popular in the 70's isn't necessarily going to be popular today, and a company like WB isn't just going to revive a character without thousands of people demanding it.

Since you obviously have a lot of time on your hands, go to film school and study all areas. Write, produce, cast, film, and distribute the movie yourself and show the world your hidden genius.

They obviously don't own the film rights so can't do anything about it.
It's not as simple as just deciding to make a film, they need to buy the rights first

My idea is that you need to get out more and not focus on your movies so much

I have the same problem. They won't even acknowledge that I am Chicken Man. So they definitely won't make a movie about me.
