You're bored right and feel the need to WRITE some kind of question???

Best way to welcome someone- Hello, welcome , glad you came to see me.

I think it would depend on your relationship to that person. You would speak differently to a work colleague or professional than you would speak to your friend.

If I was welcoming a work colleague Ior someboy I had not met before would say:
"Hello, nice to meet you. Come inside and make yourself comfortable." I would probably offer them a drink - tea, coffee, water etc.

If it was my friend I would probaly say "Hey, nice to see you again."

Sometimes it can be really cool and make you sound smart if you greet them in a different language..?
Spanish- !Hola!(o-la) - Hello
Spanish- ?Que pasa?(k pa-sa)- Whats up?
French- Salut! (salu)-Hello
There are tons of other that you could look up, or ask another question and get tons more answers about greetings in different languages. :-)
Good Luck!!
!Adios! (A-dios)- Goodbye in Spanish

depends,
if you're just meeting the person
I'm pleased to meet you.
if you know the person and haven't seen them in awhile,
It's wonderful (so good) to see you again
If it's "one of those relatives" that you really don't want to see
When are you leaving or
what the heck are you doing here
