It is distracting to see those nipples protrude through their clothes. Makes me want to grab and nibble on them.

the bra was invented as a means to help an overly endowed woman overcome back strain. Since then it became a fashion statement. I say " if you don't need it for structural support , Don't wear it. Women's breasts are natural and shouldn't be confined because of fashion. Small breasted women were never intended to wear a bra.

Some of today's fashions look horrible with bra straps hanging out. I wear a bra to work, and with clothes that need a bra! If not, then I don't, as long as you can not see threw my shirt, i don't care if my nips are protruding! Its is simply more comfy to be freeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! BUT...if you grab and attempt to nibble you may find a knee firmly in balls.....oh....i was wondering....why don't men wear tighty whities anymore? hehehe :P

Clearly, when a woman wears no bra, this is a form of flirting with you.
Perhaps they WANT you to grab and nibble on their nipples.
But first, ask yourself this: which is freakier; a woman with small nipple bumps walking about, or you, grabbing and nibbling on strange women's nipples?
I am pretty sure not ALL of them want you to do the grab and nibble bit.
I suggest you retailate by carrying a banana about in your tighty whities. Let THEM guess YOUR motives.
What do you have to lose, besides a banana?

Those women aren't flirting with you. They are flirting with danger, aka gravity.
Most women do wear bras. If the girls aren't sagging, there is a distinct chance you are seeing nipples through the bra.

I thought women still wear bras. Frankly I hope they keep wearing them. Most people do not have the ideal Hollywood look.

There is some research pointing to a link between wrongly fitting bras and breast cancer. women know about these things, and want to avoid breast cancer !
