Although i say they may be out tonight,it maybe Tuesday.Put up the decorations any way,and take them down on Wednesday.

Yes I'd say that some children will be out trick or treating. I imagine they will start early and end early because of school the next day. I'd decorate just in case.

it will be on tuesday. they usually do it on the actual day of halloween because most towns are done by 7 or so.

We've had them come round two weeks in advance once, I just tell them to bugger off until the right night, then I go out.
