The best way to find a cheap car is not to restrict yourself, be prepaired to travel far and wide. Left hand drives are cheap but more difficult to insuer as with stolen recovered and damage repaired. What you save with one hand you lose with another. Dont expect to resell any of the above cars easly or retain a good value!Ccar auctions are a good place to look. Company cars are oftern auctioned. They are cheap and genraly they have been very well cared for but prob high milage. Even though a new model is now out TTs, as with all fast Audis hold a good value if they are looked after. My advice is ex company car at auctions. May well be alittle more than a left hooker or a crashed car but you'll be able to sell it when your done. Check out www.british-car-auctions.co.uk They list all there uk auctions online including spicific prestige car auctions. Have you concidered an S3, same engine (210/225) and runnig gear, but 5 real seats and much cheaper than a TT. Good luck .

If you are in the UK there are quite a few Left Hand Drive models around which are much cheaper.

However, make sure they really are cheap, and check with your insurance company first.

if you can't afford to buy one, you wont be able to afford to run it or insure it! there's no such thing as cheap TT, unless its company car.
