If you were in a resturant and you spotted a tiny mouse would you have the urge to step on it or would you tell the resturant owner?

I would'nt step on it or tell the owner. He might step on it and that would break my heart. I worked in an old restaurant once and spotted a tiny mouse in the pantry. I scooped him up with a strainer and took him outside to be free.

I'd make my husband step on it, then tell the owner.

Unfortunately these things can happen, and I would have wanted to know so I could get the pest control dude there the next day. The back door had to be open a lot for deliveries. And the dumpsters were right outside the door. I'm surprised I never found a mouse or droppings.

A lady never has the urge to "step on" a rodent: a lady usually has the urge to scream and jump up on a chair to get out of the way of the mouse. Yes, I would absolutely tell the restaurant manager: it is his job to run a clean hygienic eating establishment. I do not want to see rodents in a place where I am expecting to have a decent dinner. Seeing mice in a restaurant is disgusting and I would not eat there.

I never get the urge to step on animals. I would probably tell someone on the staff, but would then feel guilty knowing that I led to the mouse's demise. Yeah, I know, I'm sappy like that when it comes to critters.

it depends... if the mouse looks healthy then the food might actually be decent. Mice do tend to get into places.

If the mouse looks sickly. Leave

in either case tell the manager as you leave

Mice sometimes gets into restaurants thru the supply boxes. The boxes sit in big warehouses and the mice get into them somehow. I would tell the manager, but I wouldn't step on it. It's not your responsibility

I would tell the owner. They might not know there is a problem and can deal with it before it becomes an infestation. Also you might get a free meal! Joking ;)

Tell the restaurant owner, although he'd probably already know he has a mouse infestation...

I would definitely tell the owner. They can carry diseases and I think he'd want to know so he could investigate the problem.

You would tell the restaurant owner," You have to clean your restaurant." If he refuses, get out of that restaurant. Go to another which is clean to you.
