You can't play games without a tent made from an old sheet. We put it over chairs or if we're outside, over the clothesline. Then we play board games underneath it or color or make up stories where we each take turn writing the next sentence till we have a story made up. It can take many twists and turns. The best is rolling a marble on the top of our tent with our feet and trying to keep it from falling off. If you have an old wall in the house or a brick one it's cool to all lay beside each other and bounce a ball to each other. The worse your aim the more the fun.

Yes Wick this Senior has played video games! I truly loved the older ones! I will admit that the graphics the new games have are wonderful... everything looks so real. They however, make me ill, and I mean very ill, I came very close to going into a seizure! I never believed all those warnings on the cover until then... so I stay away from the video games, darn it!

I have a preschooler, but we play Hide-n-seek, Candy land, and Memory featuring Blue's Clues.
For elementary kids you could try Scene it? Jr, Cranium Jr, or Guesstures (it has an easy side).
Have fun with whatever you do!

I don't have kids but I love the game Cranium (12+?) but Cranium makes different versions and different games for different age groups.
These games are so much fun and they don't leave anyones talents/weaknesses out, which makes them so much more enjoyable for everyone involved.
This company is hands-down the best in my book!

I love to play games with my Grands. We play board games. for example Candy land. We make play dough sometimes. My grandson likes to play dinosaurs, and with his army men or soldiers of other descriptions. My
granddaughters, like to play dolls, tea parties, dress up.
All like to color, draw and paint.
Sometimes we pretend, and it is amazing, the imagination of a young child.
