Well it could be possible in the future, but not at this point in time.

Space is thought of as a flexible blanket.
If you were to fold it far enough that two points touched each other, and you were at that point, you would be in two places at once.
We can't fold space yet, unfortunately...!

Glad to see someone with a common interest!

Of course, you do it when you dream.

or go to some other place or places in your thoughts.

If you are in a town in a state in a country on a planet you are in at least 4 places at the same time.

It's hard not to be in less than 2 places at the same time.

Yes why not, we were present at two different places at the same time in this technological time (computer), with the help of telecommunication,

But one another thing also is there, if u r interested with meditation, one technology is also there named as telepethy,
but it is very hard to study.

I guess so... in the far future. Folding space and time is impossible!!!
If it were possible, imagine dying in one place! what would happen with the other you in the other place?Would you still be alive?

Sure, it's all relative to the observer. Talk with someone on the phone. Both of you will be in two places at the same time. From your perspective, you are here and they are there and it is now. From their perspective, you are not here--meaning their here--you are there and THEY are here. But, it is still now. So, both of you are here and there right now. Simple...relatively speaking.

astral travel (which is out of astronomy lol)

our physical body is unconcious while our astral body is traveling.

most people undergo astral travel at unconscious state. others (a few) can do it in conscious state. both bodies are connected to each other through the "silver chord" if this chord is cut, the person will die.

some dreams while sleeping are astral travel. example of astral travel at our present life is when we happen to pass in a certan place which looks familiar to us though it's our very first time to go in that place.it's like "i have seen this b4!"

in astral travel, that travel can also be a travel to our future life or past life, giving more favor to reincarnation.

about silver chord, u may have seen this already b4.. and u may thought it's just a dream. it's like a dream of seeing a silver horizontal chord in a blue-green background, with brown patches of color on both sides (left and right) and u feel so heavy and u wake up perspiring, hard to breathe. u may have had that "dream" lots of times

Yup... "A Walk to Remember"

Straddle a state line... (ie one foot on one side, the other on the otherside)
You'd be at 2 places at once then.

Nope.

If you can travel fast, you can in New York and one second later in Beijing. That's probably the closest you can get.

Depends on how you take score. We are all at two places at any given moment: a point of latitude, and a point of longitude.
