Your printer always prints the actual size of the text. Before you print, you can go to File > Print Preview.

You can change font size in your mail settings and in Windows.

Instruction for XP might be similar for Win 2000
Right click on Desktop
Go to properties
Select "Appearance" tab
Select desired font size at the bottom

Well,your computer enlages everything without you even knowing.Your printer shows everything how it supposed to be.I would sugest that you change your font before you use the printer on EMAILS not other things.OR you can change your printer settings.

Take font option on higher numbers e.g. from14 to 30 or more you will increase the size of words but it will use more space or papers.
