first, study your verbs: I have written, not I have wrote; second buy Strunk and White's short book on writing; third go over every sentence and ask yourself: do I have a subject, verb and complement; are my verbs in the right tense; do my nouns and verbs agree (ie: "he does", not "he do"); fourth, perhaps most importanly, find someone who masters basic English writing skills (a friend, a parent, a relative) and ask for their help; you can only get better by looking at your errors and learning from them.

You can always ask your teacher or parents for help. If that is not something you want to do their are alot of online editing softwares. zoho is a great online thing go to zoho.com and you can save your documents their get help editing it with their software.
