Robert Gabriel Mugabe (born February 21, 1924)
In 1987, the position of Prime Minister was abolished by Mugabe, and he assumed the new office of executive President of Zimbabwe gaining additional powers in the process. He was re-elected in 1990 and 1996, and in 2002 amid claims of widespread vote-rigging and intimidation. Today, he operates with dictatorial powers, and has stated that he intends to govern until he is one hundred years old. He is the Chancellor of the flagship University of Zimbabwe and all the other state universities.

Robert Gabriel Mugabe (b. February 21, 1924). He has been the head of government in Zimbabwe since 1980. But considering how he treats his own people and how he acts, stupid dictator would be a better fitting than president.

Mugabe is the name. Stupidity is the game.
How anyone can confiscate farms from people who have tended the land for years, employing local people and contributing to society,
He gave this land to the local people who found that they didn"t have the necessary skills to farm it correctly.
Now the situation is that the majority of this land is lying fallow and the locals starving.
The man is a complete incompetent and if ever there was a case for"regime change" then this is it.
Sadly the Americans are not interested - no oil.
