On Internet options a message comes up and reads operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this Computer. Contact your system administrator. What does this mean? what do I do to correct this?

This means that you are on a networked machine, and that your IT people or systems admin people have restricted what you can and cannot see on your terminal. I can't open attachments on my mail at work, which I can do at home, of course. These restrictions are designed to protect the system from viruses and such. If you were to violate this somehow, you might be written up and/or even terminated.

go to tools internet options and set all 4 things t default and apply
