Well, meloncholy means sad so I would say a somber outfit like you could paint a frown around your mouth and fake tears, wear black or you could dress as a clown and paint the sad face, it would be very easy to look sad with make up, use black or red around your mouth with edges turned down like a frown, then blue for fake tears.
