There's some grammatical issues here, even carrying over into some of the corrections.

"Teacher’s knowledge about the technology, software, the way the software used and creating an appropriate environment, Parents’ support in the home. " is a sentence fragment, and needs revision. You could potentially lead into this list with a semicolon or an em dash.

You have to define information technology. Any solid written piece, especially of the persuasive type, is going to define all the terms it uses, especially when vagueness is present. By defining your ambiguous terms you set constraints and aid your reader in comprehending your goals, and how and where you intend them to be used.

There are a lot of grammatical mistakes that have been mostly covered by previous examples. I'd suggest there is a deeper problem that fixing the grammar will not correct. I'd review your thesis and see if your supporting material is placed properly around it. Inform your reader what the current situation is, what the problem is, suggest your solution, and then expand on it in the paper.

Good luck!
