we are trying for a baby and i was convinced i was pregnant untill i came on my period i am normally heavy for around 6 days, this time iw as only heavy for 3 and the other days i only bled for around an hour could i still be pregnant and when will it show up on a test ..thanks very much

If you are in fact pregnant, this will be confirmed with a test.
Irregular periods are not uncommon. Bleeding during pregnancy is a warning sign but don't panic just yet - let the doctors take charge.

It is possible, my last period before I found out that I was pregnant was only 4 days and very unlike my usual periods. I usually bleed heavy for a good 4, 5 days but withmy last period this did not happen. Doesn't usually show up that u are pregnant until at least a few wks, probably best to get a blood test done. In my first few weeks I also had a ultrasound done, and nothing showed up because it was too early. Just have to wait and see. It is all a waiting game.
