got lost over the ocean because once she got up in the air, she realized she should be a stewardess, not a pilot, and started serving drinks, and the plane went down. Is that the case?

LOL ummm, somehow I doubt that. There wasn't anyroom to walk around in the plane she was in. I think that she jumped out, and lived out her days on an island somewhere basking in the sun nekkid away from all the hype and publicity she was getting. Nobody ever found her and she lived happily ever after married to a monkey or a tiger on her island.

Amelia Mary Earhart (July 24, 1897 – missing as of July 2, 1937), daughter of Edwin and Amy Earhart, was an American aviator and noted early female pilot who mysteriously disappeared over the Pacific Ocean during a circumnavigational flight in 1937. Your teacher is right about the start of the Crusades being launched by the Pope to "Keep Islam in Check", but he fails to mention the loads of deaths on the Muslim side too. As far as Most of the world being Muslim if they hadn't fought, who knows? He can't accurately say that would have been the case. That's a sociological and statistical question no one can answer. As for the rest, research things and be able to point out evidence. But do tell the principal that he called you a name. That is against teaching regulation.

Earhart at best was a mediocre pilot she never learned Morse code or how to properly operate the radio. If she had accomplished this, she would probably would have survived. Her navigator was nothing to write home about, Noonan was a drunk.A combination of the two spelled disaster.

It is a shame that a teacher say that kind of things to his students, report him first with your parents and then with the board of the school. He does not deserve to be a teacher, besides instead or teaching he is confusing the students.

I have a book that says she & her navigator (Fred Noonan) came down on a Japanese held island, and they were imprisoned during the war. She was later executed when the Americans started winning the Pacific war.
