Lambeth - without a doubt, closely followed by Camberwell and Tower Hamlets.
As a rejoinder to Asbo Arry, I lived and worked in London for 8 years..............I hated all of London and I still hate it now when I have to go there. Its difficult to pick the worst bit, as I think most of it is ugly, choked with traffic and populated with mostly indifferent unfriendly people. Even the supposedly "nice" bits like Primrose Hill, Notting Hill, Chelsea, etc are full of snobs and wannabees. Yuck !

I'm surprised at questions not too unlike these which frequent Answers more often than they should. Also foolish enough to think the people who answer are indeed from London - this question and the answers make me think again...not too keen on Harlesden, parts of Camden, and what about Hackney and up towards Stoke Newington and around Barking.
And to think, when people make efforts to bomb the centre out of existence, the media and politicians make squealing claims that Londoners come together as one...when in fact some Londoners who hate others feel they aught to 'offer information' to the police about the "'darkies/'foreigners' who don't lift a finger to work, but have a brand new Merc. in the driveway...and their eldest son looks like a terrorist" etc.
In the 15 or so months I was there, realised the were also contemptuous beings north of the Thames, along the pretty, flowery and aesthetically lifting SW10/SW3 stretch of the Fulham Road, and elsewhere in socio-economic ABC1 parts of London - the posh keep their sneers to themselves and friends, who thought that living within the capital gave them rights to treat fellow homo sapien like scum.

you will probable discover the agent ties you right into a era besides, probable 12-sixteen weeks even nevertheless it ought to be longer - examine the settlement. you would be responsive to interior the 1st 3or4 weeks if the home is priced perfect interior the the present industry... No interest or viewings and that's overpriced... no longer a topic except you decide on a speedy sale. watch for withdrawal fees on your settlement. some agent fee a value while you're taking your supplies off the industry and bypass with yet another agent. The industry is hard on the 2nd, many supplies brokers have too many unsold homes on their books to spend the time required on each and every supplies.... my suggestion - %. a small self reliant... yet no longer after having a minimum of three valuations...

Just about any of the council estates south of the river. Its a shame because there are lots of good places in between. The trouble is the people - mostly third generation immigrants. Drugs, theft, burglary, muggings.
