Some good foods to have during the last trimester would definately be things to help boost calcium such as milk, cheese, yogurt. That way the baby can build up some strong bones before coming into the world. also stock up on veggies and fruits to get the vitamins you need to help with the pain of labor your about to go through. also drink TONS and TONS of water to keep yourself and your baby hydrated.

Oily fish. Fruit and vegetables. Cheese or other sources of calcium. Cereals. Try to stay off the carbohydrates, as it takes ages for most people to shift that weight after delivery. But if your body craves something, it is usually a sign that it needs it!

For baby? A good healthy diet, with lots of fruit and veg, protein and calcium. Just a little bit more than usual.

For mum? Anything she fancies - pizza and chocolate were my personal favourites!

Eat normally, as always avoiding fat and alcohol with a little
more vegetables and fruit than normal, so as not to put on
