Wow, tough choice. I'd have to grudgingly go with the Democrats on this one, but only the far-left liberal Democrats.

The Democrats believe that the Constitution "is a living, growing, changing, and out of date document".
IN HONEST WORDS, THE DEMOCRATS ARE TRYING TO DO AWAY WITH THE CONSTITUTION.
