Yes - perfectly feasible. It has been the quest of many television companies as well as computer hardware and software companies to integrate the two technologies. As a previous correspondent wrote C4 already available and given the govt desire to move toowards the switch over to digital and end of analogue television I suspect it will be available sooner than 2010 as it fits with the same ethos of Freeview (which is little more than a govt. buffer to the power and monoloy of Sky) - the BBC are also pretty far down the line with the process of making much of their programming available on line. The only drawback is likely to be some form of encoding and encryption required to protect the intellectual property (ie programme makers) from theft and worldwide access

You can already get Channel 4 on your computer, with an on-demand service being planned soon.

Don't know about ITV, I think the BBC are planning something.

Erm, why would you want to watch TV on a computer? Fantastic invention if you can do that though!

yes , because they want every computer to need a tv licence,according to latest nasty letter from tv licensing.
it was signed by john hales head of enforcement

Well, you can get a Freeview USB dongle, that should do the trick for you.
