why no preview of photos?

our largest folder of our grandkids photos only says no preview available.Help me these are 500 great family pictures.

May be you have transferred it by a Flash drive and the flash drive could be damage.

Or may be you Windows Picture Viewer is not working well you can download the ACD see Program which is for Pictures to view it .
