No. And I don't think there ever will be.
The research of Simon LeVay in the 90s suggested that there was a genetic *marker* for homosexuality, which is different from a gene involved. A marker doesn't necessarily have to be part of the gene in question. It's like noting (in a fictional universe, of course) that most left-handed people are gay. The left-handedness has nothing to do with sexuality, but it can be used as a means of identifying gay people.
His research was sensational, but didn't go very far.
Most likely, the origins of homosexuality can probably not be pinned down to one gene. Something as complex as the brain has many many genes all interacting to give the process of thought, much less emotions and desire.
note-no left-handed people were harmed in the making of this answer.

No. We aren't certain which genes control sexual preference, or if it's something that one acquires through life experience. Studies have shown that people who grow up around gays are more likely to become gay. But there are also those who don't grow up around gays but still turn out that way. It's a difficult question, and the only truthful answer I can give is no, and I don't think one ever could use DNA or gene testing to determine sexual preference.

There's nothing definite, but some scientists have found some genes that seem to have a role in determining sexual preference.
