how i can solve this javascript:na_open_window

By specifying "javascript:", you usually do that in a place where you don't usually support javascript. You would put the javascript function name/command after javascript:. Judging by your syntax, seems to me that you are trying to call a javascript function called, na_open_window. But you will need to put a pair of parathesis at the end, na_open_window(), even if there are no parameters to pass.
