No I do not. A TV series would not be able to "pick up where she left off." If you search for and watch the 60 Minutes intervies with J.K. Rowling you will find that she intends to end the Harry Potter series in such a way that no one can ever use it agian.

The movies were not all that bad. True they rewrote a lot of the scenes and left out a lot of stuff but you got a visual idea of what Harry's world is like in Jo Rowlings' mind.

No. The films aren't a patch on the books, even with the big screen and the cinema atmosphere. Let's leave the books in kids' (and adults'!) imaginations, which is where they were meant to be.

Any movie or television series cannot compensate the feel and experience a book gives.

No need of such a series. Movies were enough to destroy the value of the novel.
