for the past two weeks now, my urin color is now yellow in color and smells a little. what could be the the matter. hope im safe. plsss reply urgently.

Clear yellow is the normal color of urine. If your urine is cloudy and foul smelling. If it burns when you urinate you may have a urinary tract infection. Try drinking lots of fluids especially cranberry juice. Talk to your doctor he may want to do a urine test. Don't let it go, urinary tract infections left untreated can go septic giving a person mental status changes and appearance of having stroke like symptoms though this mostly happens with the elderly.

Does it burn when you urinate? If so go see a doctor better yet just go to the doctor to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection....

You taking any vitamins or eating different foods (green vegetables) ? Yellow can be excess vitamins...
