I'm French and I'm planning on spending a year in Chicago next year. I'd like to go to High School (12th grade) even if I'm currently in my last year in high school here (it would be twice the same grade)
Does someone know any good high school in Chicago that accepts foreign students?

The public suburban high schools might be more open to this. In the city public high schools, only look at the magnet schools i.e. Whitney Young, Walter Payton etc.
My high school, Glenbrook South, did have some foreign exchange programs with high schools in France, Germany, Israel, South Korea over the years.

Donb't go there. Chicago is a cesspool. It's run by liberals. You'll learn nothing. You'll spend all your time trying to stay out of fights. American high schools are full of idiots. Learning anything is not the Number One priority-- looking good is. Everybody is trying to outdo each other in what clothes they are wearing, how many jewels there are on their cellphones, how flashy a car they drive, who their friends are, where they go to lunch, et cetera. It ain't about learning in American high schools-- it's about getting noticed and being seen. Choose another country for your experience.
