Honkong the wait is long, when using Paypal (its very safe)
you must stick to one rule for yourself, always, always let it be send insured, otherwise the other party could say it was shipped and you have to prove that it wasn't.

they say it's safe and secure, but nothing is 100% secure. I had my credit card number stolen from payal. So if u decide to do it, make sure u are safe and change your password often. And if you get a email saying it's from paypal don't trust it. And for god's sake don't click on any links in that email. Go straight to the paypal website and check to see if you have any messages there. All messages sent from paypal are also in your inbox in your paypal account. Good Luck.

It is not very safe.
Two weeks ago I created an account with PayPal. Two days ago I got an email saying that my account had been limited and that in order to get my account straight I had to enter the right personal information in a link. When I opened the link, it looked just like PayPal, but it was not. I contacted PayPal and they are investigating.
You can do it, but you really need to be careful if you get email from PayPal. You have to check the actual email address where it was sent from. The same applies to PayPal websites: You have to see that the word paypal is in the actual URL.

It is safe, if you follow the procedures correctly. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at http://www.money-transfer.in/paypalindia.html

yes. Completely reliable and monitored constantly. If a seller steals or doesn't deliver something you have recourse with EBAY who allow sellers to list on their site based on feedback as to whether the sale was honest and upfront. There is a section on security for Paypal you should check out.

Everything in the way of sensitive info about bank/credit card info is suppose to be encrypted. I have used it for a while, and I"ve never had trouble with it yet.

I've never had any problem using paypal.
When shopping on Ebay, it is important to check the seller's feedback. Make sure other buyers were happy with their dealings with the seller.

Pretty much.
Even with phishers who are able to send out a notice just like them, you never give out information solicited by anyone.
If there is a problem as such, you contact them.
I've never had a problem with them.
