blood not a problem according to me, but after birth the child has to be taken care of immediately by Dr.
For you no problem, as doctors will take care immediately after birth at hospital. Anyway please consult a doctor for more details...

No, only when the mother is rh neg. can there be any any possiblity on hemolitic diease of the newborn. When the mother is rh neg. and the baby rh pos. the mother sometimes develops antigens against the baby's blood, and then the antigens cross the placeta wall to invade the unborns blood. But, even this situation can be dealt with by completely transfusing the baby to rid it of the mothers antigens.

There should be no problem if they have the same blood type, which doesn't have anything to do with conception. However, if one was Rh negative and the other Rh positive, that could bring on difficulties for the baby.

I dont believe blood type has any affect on conceiving. However, it is a good thing that you yourself is of a positive blood type. If you were Rh Negative you would have to get a shot during pregnancy so you and your baby's blood will "get along".
