i don't think of so yet you may want to reaserch that in basic terms in case. Husband and spouse being suitable IS risky. even as an RH unfavourable woman has a significant different who's RH positive, will bring about an RH positive baby. If the mother’s and baby’s blood come into contact throughout the time of childbirth, her body will produce antibodies adverse to the youngster’s blood. So the youngster isn't affected, yet a next being pregnant might want to be in chance. So an same blood crew is might want to be a good component, yet jointly its not needed; women human beings in this difficulty would accept injections of anti-D, which Covers the youngster’s Rh positive cells and could preserve it adverse to the manufacture of antibodies.

No, only when the mother is rh neg. can there be any any possiblity on hemolitic diease of the newborn. When the mother is rh neg. and the baby rh pos. the mother sometimes develops antigens against the baby's blood, and then the antigens cross the placeta wall to invade the unborns blood. But, even this situation can be dealt with by completely transfusing the baby to rid it of the mothers antigens.

There should be no problem if they have the same blood type, which doesn't have anything to do with conception. However, if one was Rh negative and the other Rh positive, that could bring on difficulties for the baby.

I dont believe blood type has any affect on conceiving. However, it is a good thing that you yourself is of a positive blood type. If you were Rh Negative you would have to get a shot during pregnancy so you and your baby's blood will "get along".

Good Luck!
