a guy told me to copy it as an image to another cd but i don't really know how and i am not sure if that will fix the problem,need some help about this too. thank you

ever hear of data drift it what happens to cds kinda like the wavy old window glass sometimes and this is rare you can do a disc copy but you need a cd rom and a burner you put the old cd on the rom and use nero to do a disc copy at the slowest speed you can also you can check the cd itself and make sure theirs no smudges,dirt ect on it you can also buy a cd lens cleaner and try that

thats not fixable as you may have got scratches on the CD and you cant recover the scratched info from any method that would be stupid to make a copy of a damaged disk!

you cant because the cd is scarthed on the files that u are trying to open
