Your question is a variant on the following theme:
Republicans like to discredit Democrats by saying Democrats blame W for anything and everything that happens. Democrats in fact believe that as President of the most powerful nation in the world, W is responsible for the effects of many of his decisions. This is not a paranoid view, it's a realistic one.
I've read about the Kennedy assassination and there has never been a mention of a connection with George HW. Ever. I don't think he was even in politics at that time. He ran for Congress the next year and lost. In any event, no credible or even harebrained theory has put him on or near JFK in Dallas. Similarly, a conspiracy by W to kill JFK Jr. was also recently pulled out of some right wing Republican's a-- h---.
In short, no liberal believes the trollish theory you're trying to spread here.
