i make a research on blog and i need to know when this trend entering the Malaysian culture

Obviously the trend started when blog was introduced.
You can only get detail stats and such information from ISP in Malaysia if they are willing to release to you. I recommend you to conduct primary research such as interview or questionnaire with a Malaysia ISP such as TM and Jaring.
