Well I work for American Women Services we have offices in PA. and MD. that go up to 24 weeks and our NJ and Va offices go up to 14 weeks it depends on the state your in. Depends on your geographic location. Call your local planned parenthood for more information. Where I'm from, that's Canada, you can have an abortion up until the 22 week of pregnancy. Some hospitals have a cut off at the 15 week mark. So 14 weeks and 6 days. That's when I had mine. Good luck!

you only have 12 weeks until the fetus is classified as a child, so up until this time you can have an abortion. yes, you do have to be admitted to hospital. it is completely unsafe to have an abortion in clinics outside hospitals. better to choose the safer option.
