If McDonald's is your only option for a restaurant, I suggest adding one of the salads to your selection. I love the Fruit & Walnut salad. By the way, McD's fries are the best in the world!

Dear gameplan,
I do not know if you eat this everyday or not but let me suggest that you get a salad. Eating the same thing everyday is not good. You, undoubtedly, will not be getting proper nutrition for your body. One needs vegetables, fruit, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, calcium, vitamins, minerals, etc.
