Hi, Ho, Silver!
Also, Bonanza and Z-Cars. At the time that Z-Cars was shot, my Dad worked in Acton (West London) which is where I believe most of them were filmed because Dad would come home and tell us what had been going on. They also shot a lot of Steptoe and Son around that area.
Did like the High Chaparral a few years later. And don't forget Larame!
My one favourite now? Myth-busters! Have you seen the one where they collect farts to analyse? Hysterical! But of course there is Waiting for God and there is Porridge and there is Only Fools and Horses! One Foot in the Grave, Yes, Minister and just plain and simple Tom and Jerry. There is Fawlty Towers. Too many to mention!
For my very, very favourite I can't decide between Morcambe and Wise or the Two Ronnies.

if u ever watched it...
Distraction hosted by Jimmy Car,
the only TV show in which to answer a question the contestants would have to get something pierced or fling an elastic band at their head... or some other ridiculous stunt which most likely resulted in the show stopping .
