Eye meds for use B4 surgery. Luckily mom had just had surgery on other eye so knew meds were wrong. Doctor also prescribed for wrong eye. I've asked for my money back since Doctors office made mistake. For just $37. too costly to sue. Publicity? Write to Help people on TV news shows? Letters to Editors? Where can I post Doctor who did this? Help - any ideas.

Send a letter to the doctor informing him that you will be going public with your story and reporting it to the state board. Most likely he'll return your calls before you actually talk to the tv people but be ready to really do it. Your mother is just lucky that it was only money that was lost.

Go to the Dr and explain this was his mistake and try to get him to pay you back.
The other choice is to Sue him. Yes it is a small amount, but it is the principle of the matter. Besides if you sue him he will have to take time off from his practice to show up in court.
As far as posting his name or a anything like that, be very careful. He could end up taking you to court.

No, it is not the drug store that would owe you the money, they gave you the drugs that they doctor told them to give you, so they should not be out any money. Your doctor needs to pay you back.

Contact the doctors office and they willhave to give you credit on that
