Considering your relationship with her, no matter even if the marriage to her is permitted in your country ,weigh your options first before speaking to her carefully.Remember that a women always respects and loves a person who shows respect for his relations he has with his family members.Genetically though marriage to first cousins is not advisable as it has negative influence on the progeny.Donot follow just the law of your land but hear the voice of your conscious too.
