No, when he first came to the WWE, he came to RAW!, and he was known as Hunter Hans Hemsley, his name, and there's where the "HHH" comes from, he was wearing pirate-like clothes, as a noble engish man with high "pedigree". think he picked up his first beef against "the narcicist" lex luger and he was his first "Pedigree" victim.

The real answer is that HHH used the Pedigree for the first time on Marty Garner on May 28, 1996 during the taping of WWF Superstars. Anytime you find a video of the first Pedigree, it's the one that HHH gave to Garner. Garner suffered neck damage because he thought the move was going to be a suplex, and so he accidentally jumped during the move which made it a lot more devastating. Garner went on to wrestler for years after his injury once he recovered.
