Hi all, I have a car locking problem and I have been informed that the problem lies with the solenoid.
Where is it?
I assumed it must be in the door but stripped it down and nothing there.

I drive a Ford Cougar V6.
I can't afford a mechanic!!!!

Thanks.

I just did some research and it appears that the Anti-theft - central locking module is in the right hand A-Pillar. I hope that helps.
