I've scanned my computer with spybot search & destroy , panda activescan & avg anti-spyware but to no avail.


My computer is actng very slowly. it takes a long time to open folders and programs. sometimes my computer freezes for 10 seconds.

i think it's spywares/viruses.
but what programs should i download to remove all these viruses and spywares.

PLZ. plz help me.

It is noting to do with Virus. It could be that you have a lot of programs installed on your computer and it is running out of RAM. Try running disk clean up and afterwards run disk defragment.

Alternatively before running disk defrag can go to control panel>add/remove programs to uninstall some of the windows components that are rarely used by us.

This would help to speed up your computer and last but not the least try to put in more ram in your computer to cope with today's fast pace technology.

get rid of the panda and download the free avg you can get it there

then go to start all programs startup and delete everything thats runnin on start
next set all your messengers not to start on startup
also a disc cleanup and defrag are in order

Just reformat the hard-drive and reinstall the OS.
