Last night I went to a restaurant called Applebee's. An employee there repeatedly made trips to the bathroom, but before entering would stop to stair at my wife. Upon finishing our meal, we gathered our things to leave. He was standing outside the front door smoking. He banged on a window and blew kisses to my wife in a suggestive manner. My wife, in a very low tone, said, "Please make them stop." I had no idea what she meant by this, so I asked her. By now we were exiting the door and she replied, "Nothing." As we exited the door, he mockingly asked, "Did you enjoy your meal big man?” while laughing. When my wife and I reached my vehicle, she told me what had happened. I walked back into the building where I asked for the manager and said, "Is that your employee? He made gestures at my wife, which she took offense to. We came here to eat; not to be harassed." She apologized, and I left. I'm VERY upset and want to know where to take this problem.

First make a report to your local police.......
Then get a lawyer and file a formal complaint against Applebees and the employee............
You have a sexual harrassment lawsuit ...that could be worth a great deal.............The place of business is responsible for the actions of the employee while on their property...
Advice your wife to write down everything that occurred while at the restaurant....you should also try to remember the name of the manager you spoke with.........time...date....booth where you were sitting will also help........
Basically try to recall every minor and major detail of the evening....
If the guy did this to your wife...he has probably did the same to someone else....
This occurrence is probably a case that a lawyer will handle and get the fee after the case has been resolved..it is against a major company....a lot of money can be involved....

Take it to higher management in Applebees and at the same time call your lawyer and file suit for sexual harrasment and damages

But if you are still angry you can contact their corporate offices, and complain to the area manager.
If I were you I would. That jerk has no business working around the public.
