The selectors are driven by narrow regionalism, not by nationalism. That is why, people like Agarkar, Pawar, Raina etc. are chosen and the Prince of Kolkata is left out. Shame !........

Normally best talent available in the country is selected. It is upto the selected players to prolve their talent in the field.

Yes it has become very poor because a great player like Ganguly is not given many chances.

the selectors do not have faith in the players. if once a player who is talented, performs poorly then for next match he not selected. why? because they do not have faith!!!!!!

We have to select players by talent. Only talent. Not by caste, region and religion.

thats why there are many problems in selecting the players.
